The work was scheduled in a professional manner and completed when promised. A review of the gutters showed additional work needing to be completed and John was on top of it and had it completed in a professional manner.

I had Eric do my roof as well as paint and repair rotted wood. Eric did what he said he would do and did a fantastic job of explaining the process before I ever agreed to let him do the job. He was very caring and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what would be happening each day. Eric inspected the work at each checkpoint to make sure it was all done correctly. The contractors he used were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up and making sure everything was put back the way it was before they started. If you are looking for a roofer I definitely recommend Eric and SmartShield roofing.

We were very pleased with the job. He was very helpful with working with our insurance. He didn't try to over sale anything that we didn't need. He was exactly on time every morning. He was also very prompt on his promises. He said, when he could do the job, how long it would take, and how long the workers would be there to do the job. The owner, Eric Moore, worked with me to get the roof replaced as soon as possible. His workers replaced water damaged decking caused by a leak in the old roof and replaced fascia boards that had begun to deteriorate. This was a relatively small job which they finished in one day. They did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Went very well. Crew was fast, accurate and receptive to my input!
